Yes, you can make a perfume using natural peppermint oil so long as it is diluted properly. Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab uses peppermint oil in a few of their perfumes. Most notably the Lick It series that comes out during the Holiday Season. A more accessible and mainstream fragrance that uses peppermint oil is Bath and Body Works’ Twisted Peppermint that is also available in and around the Holiday Season. You can also pick up some bottles off of eBay if you can’t wait.
