Making homemade perfume?

I really want to know how to make my own fragrance using essential oils. I love Jo Malone’s “Nectarine Blossom & Honey” perfume, but I’d love it even more if it was a little less fruity and had a touch of vanilla to it. If any of you know some good vanilla recipes, would you please tell me? Also, could you please write step by step of what I need to do to create my own fragrance since I’ve never done it before? Thank you!
