What is the difference between Burberry Touch for Men & Burberry Touch for Women (perfume)?

I know obviously, one is for men & the other is for women.. I was just wondering if there is a big difference in the smell? Because a guy I know has the mens stuff and i love the smell of it, and planned on ordering the womens if it smelled almost the same.
